To the use of William Lowndes of Westminster esq., on condition that the surrender is to be void if they pay him £41 on 16 Oct next at his domicile in Westminster. John Spooner (brother and heir of Thomas Spooner deceased, who was son and heir of William Spooner jr deceased, who was eldest son and heir of William Spooner sr deceased) on 21 Feb last surrendered a close of pasture called Great Cowmead Close containing 8 acres in Old Mill Feild, the close of Richard Lowndes esq. called Little Cowmead Close east, the land of Hugh Seaton west, abutting north on the common field of Great Horwood. To the use of William Lowndes of Westminster esq.
Robert Spooner and Ann his wife, customary tenants, on 9 March last surrendered all the premisses to the use of William Lowndes. William Lowndes sought admission by Peter Lowndes his attorney. Rent 2s, fine 16s.

Thomas Deely sr and Martha his wife, customary tenants, surrendered a messuage and 4 acres of grassland in Old Mill Feild (1 uncultivated land lying on the south next to the land of Richard Lowndes esq. excepted) now in the occupation of Thomas or his asigns. To the use of Benjamin Saunders of Winslow Baker and Elizabeth his wife for their lives, then to the heirs of their bodies, or Benjamin's heirs. Rent 3d, fine 2s.

John Worsley died seised of 4 tenements in the separate tenure of Alice Guesse, Richard Westley, William Ridgward and Robert Brincklow, and the reversion expectant on the decease of Ann his wife of 1 acre of grassland in a furlong called Nantditch. On 10 May last he surrendered by Thomas Foster and John Chandler all the premisses to the use of his will. He made his will but the contents are not known. John Worsley infant is his son and next heir. He was called and did not come; 1st proclamation.
[In his will, John left all the property to his son John. He had inherited in 1704 from his father Richard Worsley.]

Daniel Hams on 10 Aug surrendered all right and equity of redemption in the separate tenements now in the occupation of himself, Benjamin Scot, William Redding, Richard Pitkin and Daniel Gyles or their subtenants at The Townsend in Winslowe in The Common Street there, the common road west, the lord's close in the occupation of Robert Wyatt east. To the use of Edward Insley of Burmingham Chapman, on condition that the surrender to be void if Daniel pays him £8 with interest: £4 in 4 quarterly payments and £4 at the same quarter days in 1712, the first payment at Michaelmas after the date of the surrender. Edward was called and did not come; 1st proclamation.

Pownall Short, customary tenant, and Mary his wife surrendered 2 ridges of arable land containing 1 acre in Clarkes Furlong [as above]. To the use of Richard Bigg of Winslowe, gent., who was called and did not come; 1st proclamation.

Ann Worsley widow surrendered the reversion expectant on the death of Richard Letman her father of the messuages now in the occupation of Richard Letman and Ephram Firth in Great Horne Street with outhouses, barns, stables, yards, backyards. To her own use during her life, then to John Worsley her son, on condition that John pays his sister Jane Worsley the "Legacy" of £40 devised to her in the will of John Worsley his father deceased when it becomes due, and a further sum of £20 when Jane is 24 or within 6 months after John enjoys the premisses, whichever happens last. And that he pays to Ann Worsley his sister £40 when she is 21 or within 6 months after John enjoys the messuages, whichever happens last. And that immediately after John or his heirs enjoys the messuages, if Ann Worsley's sister Elizabeth Letman is alive, he pays her 2s weekly on Mondays. If he neglects or refuses any payment, the messuages will be to the use of Jane and Ann Worsley his sisters and Elizabeth Letman, to be divided in equal portions. Ann Worsley and John sought admission. Rent 5s.
