Notes

Geoffrey Lowndes was appointed Vicar of Swanbourne in 1564 and resigned in 1578 when Thomas Lowndes took over. So far his relationship to the Lowndes family of Winslow is unclear. He was buried at Swanbourne on 17 Sep 1580.

Alice Lowndes married Ralph Carter at Swanbourne in 1573.
