This is the last Will and Testament of me Anne Barbara Jones of Blake House Winslow in the County of Buckingham, Widow I hereby revoke all former testamentary dispositions and I appoint Herbert Walter Adams of Burcott in the County of Buckingham Gentleman and Herbert Bullock of Winslow aforesaid Solicitor (hereinafter called my Trustees) Executors and Trustees of my Will. I make the
following specific bequests To my Grand-daughter Annie Barbara Williatt Jones her Father’s portrait in gilt frame, a silver cup, my watch and chain with appendages my gold bangle Bracelet, my diamond Ring, my Williatt Ring, my gold chased Ring, my silver Snuff box, my old China tea service “Amherst” the large China Punch Bowl and one water colour painting “a Lake in Italy” and two water colour paintings done by her Father when a lad To my Grand-daughter Ellen Margaret Williatt Jones her Grandfather’s portrait two water colour paintings “Fruit” and one Oil painting “Near Surrey,” the small silver cup, my gold chain Bracelet with blue stones, my gold ring with turquoises to match bracelet my ring “Ibhar” the small brooch set with pearls and containing hair, the pair of silver Sugar tongs marked “E B”, the small Punch Bowl and two soup plates of old ware with Coat of Arms. To my daughter-in-law Rebecca Jones the use of the carved oak Wardrobe for her life and at her death I bequeath the same to my Grand-daughter Barbara, a piece of Needlework on white silk, a volume of Montgomery’s Poems, another volume “Canadian Pictures” and two old China cups and saucers To my sister Margaret Helen Emerton my gold Brooch, a silver Cup my own little Breakfast tea set whatever it may consist of at the time of my death, the small Medicine Cupboard in my Bedroom, the oak Tea Caddy with Sugar basin inside, the shell table and the Sutherland Table To my niece Florence Jenkins a silver cup my old gold ring set with a single Garnet, my best chest of mahogany drawers a small painted set of drawers and two old china plates To my Nephew Henry White a silver cup, and two old china plates two pictures of “Wellington and Blucher” and “The Death of Nelson” the mahogany bookcase and the small Pembroke Table, a pair of Silver Table spoons marked “J B” and a pair of elecro plated Candle sticks
I give my Niece Emily Adams all my other personal articles furniture pictures plate linen consumable stores and effects and my Carriage horse harness garden tools and outdoor effects of every kind I give to my Trustees the sum of Two hundred pounds Upon trust that they shall invest the same upon any security they may in their absolute discretion deem advisable with power from time to time to vary the investment thereof and shall stand possessed of the said legacy of Two hundred pounds and the investments thereof upon the trusts following (that is to say} In trust to pay the income to my said Niece Florence Perkins during her life and after her death In trust for any child or children of hers living at the time of her decease and if more than one equally between them and if my said Niece Florence Perkins shall die without having been married or without leaving any child her surviving then In trust for my said Nephew Henry White and my said Niece Emily Adams equally between them I give to my said Nephew Henry White the sum of Two hundred pounds I give to my said Niece Emily Adams after payment thereout of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses all the residue of my real and personal estate for her own use absolutely In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Second day of November One thousand nine hundred and one

BE IT KNOWN that Anne Barbara Jones of Blake House, Winslow in the County of Buckingham, widow, who at the time of her death had a fixed place of abode at Blake House aforesaid, within the district of the Counties of Oxford, Berks and Buckingham, died on the twenty second day of April 1902 at Blake House aforesaid.
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at Oxford, and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Herbert Walter Adams of Burcott in the County of Buckingham farmer Herbert Bullock of Winslow aforesaid Solicitor, the Executors named in the said Will
