In the Name of God Amen I Mary Fall of Addington in the County of Bucks Widow being Weak in Body but of sound & perfect Mind & Memory Praised by Allmighty God for the same, & calling to mind the Certainty of Death & the uncertain time thereof doe this sixteent\h/ Day of March 1723 Make & Ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following: (that is to say) first & principally I commend my Soul into the Hands of God my Maker, hoping thro the Merits Death & Passion of Jesus Christ my saviour, to be made Partaker of Everlasting Life, & my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently Buryed at the Discretion of my Executrix hereafter named, And as for & concerning the Disposition of all such Temporall Estate as it hath pleased God of his Mercy & Goodness to bestow upon me, I give & Dispose thereof as followeth
(that is to say) first I will & Desire that all my Debts & Funerall Expences be paid & discharged, And then all the Rest residue & Remainder of my Personal Estate Goods and Chattels whatsoever & wheresoever; I give and devise without any Exception unto my Dearly Beloved Daughter Mary Fall of Addington aforesaid Spinster Whom I likewise Nominate Constitute & Appoint full & sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament; hereby revoking all former Wills by me made, & declaring this to be my last Will & Testament
