Notes

Thomas Warner made a will because he owned some cottages in Western Lane, and lived in one of them with his sister and brother-in-law after his father died. In total there were eight cottages, which Thomas mortgaged for £136 in 1858, but they were evidently of little value by the time he died, and some were apparently demolished later in the 1870s .Although he was a "yeoman" for the purposes of his will, he was a drover or agricultural labourer in the censuses.

Thomas Warner died in 1872 aged 71. He was the son of Francis and Mary Warner. His sister Ann Walker died in 1878 aged 76.
