In the name of god amenThe xxiiijth day of September
Anno D(omi)ni 1612 I Thomas Robinson of Winslow in the Countie of Bucks yeoman
beinge sicke and weake in body but in good and perfect memorie (thanks be to God for
it) Doe make this my last will and Testament in maner and forme followinge First I
bequeathe my soule unto Allmightie god, who hath made me, and redeemed me by his
sone Jesus Christ by whose meritts onely I trust to be saved And my body to be
decently buried in the church yard of Winslowe. Item I give unto the poore of the
parishe iij s iiij d Item I give unto my sister Silversids Children the some of six pounds
xiij s iiij d to be equally divided among them Item I give unto my sister Alice Twenty shillings
a yeare during her naturall life to be payed out of my house  It(e)m I give unto Annice
Glenister my daughter fortie shillings Item I give unto Anne Robinson daughter of my
sone John Thirtie pounds Item I give unto Thomas Steephens sone of Damian Stee-
vens Twentie shillings  Item I give unto Edward Deane my servant iiij s  Item I give

All the rest of my goods unbequeathed I give unto John Robinson my sone whome I
make my full and whole executor and my lovinge friend Thomas Overinge and my sone
in law William Glenister my Overseers to see this my last will and Testament p(er)formed
and to either of them I give xij d for their paynes  In witness whereof I have hereunto

Notes

Thomas Robinson was buried at Winslow on 26 Sep 1612. He held a messuage and 30 acres of land according to the schedule of 1610. His sister Silverside was probably Anne wife of Thomas Silverside, buried 30 May 1606.

William Glenister married Annice Robinson on 2 Nov 1601.

Anne Robinson, daughter of John, was baptised on 23 Jan 1607/8.
