In, etc. 20 January 1459 I Joan Loksmyth of Wynselowe, sound of mind and of healthy memory, make, etc. Item I bequeath to the high altar 2 bushels of barley. Item to the light of St Mary 1 bushel of the same. Item I bequeath to the altar of the blessed Mary in purification 1 bushel of the same. Item to the altar of St Nicholas 1 bushel of barley. Item to the light of St Thomas the same amount. Item I bequeath to the small bell 20d. Item to the torches 4d. The residue indeed of all, etc., I give and bequeath to my executor so that he may ordain, etc. And to this will etc. I ordain, make and appoint Robert my son my executor.

Notes

.Joan (whose name was incorrectly written in one place as Thomas) made a deathbed surrender of 6 acres of land to Robert in 1460 (WMCB p.706). She received a messuage from her husband John in a deathbed surrender in 1436, by which time she had married William Couper of Shipton (p.574); he died in 1437.
