This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Harris of Winslow in the County of Bucks, Spinster.  I devise all the real estate (if any) and bequeath all the personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease to my Niece Susan Dunkley (daughter of my Brother John Harris) absolutely subject nevertheless to her providing her Father the said John Harris with suitable clothing lodging and maintenance during the term of his natural life I appoint my said Niece Susan Dunkley sole Executrix of my Will and revoke all other Wills In Witness whereof I the said Sarah Harris the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand this second day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy four

Proved at Oxford the Twenty seventh day of April 1875, by the oaths of Susan Dunkley Widow. the Niece, (Daughter of the Deceased’s Brother John \Harris/) the sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted
The Testatrix Sarah Harris was late of Winslow in the County of Buckingham, Spinster, and died on the Third day of April 1875, at Winslow aforesaid

Twenty seventh day of April 1875, the Will of Sarah Harris late of Winslow in the County of Buckingham, Spinster, deceased, who died the Third day of April 1875, at Winslow aforesaid, was proved at the District Registry attached to Her Majesty’s Court of Probate at Oxford by the Oath of Susan Dunkley  of Old Bradwell in the County of Buckingham Widow the Niece of the Deceased (Daughter of John Harris the  Brother of the Testatrix) the sole Executrix therein named therein she having been first sworn duly to administer.
It is hereby certified that the above is a correct Copy

Notes

Sarah Harris was aged 77 when she died. She was born at Wolverton. She lived at 2 Church Street, and gave her occupation as lacemaker in 1861 and retired servant in 1871.
