In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Dudley of Winslow in the County of Bucks Draper do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) First I will and direct that all my Just Debts Funeral Expenses and the charges of proving this my will shall be paid and satisfied I Give Devise and bequeath unto my son Joseph Dudley of Winslow aforesaid Draper all and every my Freehold Copyhold Leasehold Messuages Cottages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate in Winslow aforesaid and Grandborough and North Marston in the said County of Bucks and all and every other my Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (the Copyhold parts whereof I have surrendered to the use of my Will) To Hold unto my said son Joseph Dudley his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and I give and bequeath unto my son Joseph Dudley all my money and securities for money Household Goods Stock in Trade and all other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever subject and I do hereby expressly charge all my said Real and personal Estate with the payment of the Annuity or Yearly sum of Forty Pounds of lawful money of Great Britain unto my wife Joanna Dudley for and during the Term of her natural life to be paid to her by my said son Joseph Dudley by two equal half Yearly Payments the first Payment thereof to begin and be made at the expiration of Six Calendar Months next after my Decease Also I Give and bequeath unto my son William Dudley the sum of Twenty pounds of like lawful money to be paid to him by my Executor hereinafter named within Twelve Calendar months next after the Decease of my said wife Joanna Dudley Also I Give and bequeath unto my son Benjamin Dudley the sum of Two Hundred Pounds of like lawful money to be paid to him by my executor hereinafter named in manner following (that is to say) the sum of One Hundred Pounds part thereof within Twelve months after the Decease of my said wife Joanna Dudley and One Hundred Pounds residue thereof within two years next after the decease of my said wife Joanna Dudley Also I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Rebecca Howe the sum of One Hundred Pounds of like lawful money to be paid to her by my Executor hereinafter named in manner following (that is to say) Fifty Pounds part thereof within Twelve Calendar Months next after the Decease of my said wife Joanna Dudley and Fifty Pounds residue thereof within two years next after the Decease of my said wife Also I Give and bequeath unto William Dudley and [blank] Dudley the two children of my said son William Dudley the sum of Twenty Pounds apeice of like lawful money to be paid to them by my Executor hereinafter named when they shall attain their respective Ages of Twenty one Years Also I Give and bequeath unto [blank] Bailey Grandson of my said wife Joanna Dudley the sum of Twenty Pounds of like lawful money to be paid to him by my Executor hereinafter named when he shall attain the age of Twenty one Years and I do hereby expressly charge all and singular my said real and personal Estate hereinbefore given to my said son Joseph Dudley with the payment of the several Legacies or sums of money hereinbefore mentioned and I do hereby nominate constitue and appoint my said Son Joseph Dudley full and sole Executor of this my
