In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Bull of Winslowe in the County of Bucks Labourer being weake in Body but of Sound and perfect minde and memory Praised be God therefore and Considering the Certainty of death and the Uncertaine tyme thereof doe this Nineteenth day of Aprill Anno D(omi)ni 1731 make and Ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner followeing (that is to say) First and Principally I Com(m)end my Soule into the hands of Almighty God who gave itt and my Body I Com(m)itt to the Earth to be decently Buryed att the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named And as for such Worldly Estate as itt hath pleased God to blesse me with I Give and dispose thereof as followeth Impr(im)is I Give Will Devise and Bequeath All that my Coppyhold & Messuage or Tenements in Winslowe aforesaid which are now in the Tenure or Occupation of William Bull my Father and Joseph Bull my Brother or either of them with the Yard Backsides and Appertenances thereunto belonging or in any wise Appertaining unto the said William Bull my Father and Anne Bull my Mother for and during the Terme of theire naturall lives and the life of the longer liver of them and after the decease of the Survivor of Them then to John Bull my Brother and his Heires and Assignes forever Provided always and upon this Condition Neverthelesse That if the said John Bull ...  shall out of the same well and truely pay or cause to be paid unto William Bull my Brother the Sum(m)e of Five Pounds of lawfull mony of Greate Brittaine within Twelve moneths next after the death of the Survivor of them the said William Bull and Anne Bull ...  And doe alsoe in Case  the said William Bull my Brother shall happen to depart this life before the said Five Pounds shall be due and payable ... pay or cause to be paid the said Five Pounds soe intended for the said William Bull my Brother unto the said Joseph Bull my Brother within Twelve moneths next after the death of the Survivor of them the said William Bull and Anne Bull ...  And doe out of the same ...  pay or cause to be paid unto Richard Bull my Brother his Executors or Administrators the like Sum(m)e of Five Tenn Pounds of like lawfull mony of Greate Brittaine ...  And doe out of the same ...  pay or cause to be paid unto the said Joseph Bull my Brother the Sum(m)e of Fifteene Pounds ... Notes

Thomas Bull was buried at Winslow on 30 April 1731. He was bap. 6 March 1692/3. His brother John was older, bap. 8 July 1688, so it is surprising that Thomas owned any property. In 1744 John Bull sold a cottage in Cow Street which was probably one of the tenements referred to here.
