To the use of Ann Beadles his wife and her heirs in perpetuity, on condition that if she should sell the messuage and pay Daniel's son John Beadles £10 and Frances Beadles £10 within 3 months of the sale, this surrender will be in full force, otherwise of no effect. [John Worrell married Mary Crosse in 1666; she was the daughter of John and Alice Crosse, baptised in 1638. She had a sister Joan baptised in 1632 who might be the Joan Moore mentioned here. The clerk clearly had trouble reading his notes but "Huthintree" recurs as "Houtchen Tree" in 1713 when Mary Worrall died.]
