Notes
Marian Flowers, widow, aged 69, b. Hardwick, and her daughter Florence, 28, b. Beachampton lived at 1 Belle Vue Terrace, Station Road, by 1891. Florence had been a pupil at Brook Hall School. They were there in 1901 with another daughter Marian Ellen aged 32, hospital nurse. Florence aged 50 and Marian Ellen aged 42 were both there in 1911, with two lodgers. Their sister Lucy was apparently living there when she died in 1917. Florence with one lodger was still there in 1921. Her name was given as Eliza Florence when her own will was proved in 1921.
Mary Ann, also nee Flowers, was the widow of Thomas Flowers of Hall Farm, Beachampton. She may have been the daughter of Edward Cooper Flowers of Shipton Farm. Thomas Flowers married Marianne Flowers in Woburn reg. district in 1849. The Flowers family was also closely connected to the Neals of The Bell.
